Mr. Cherepakhov brings a diversified financial background to FPG. Prior to FPG he served as CEO of Sun Redrock Group, a global holding company that operates in media and entertainment, consumer products, and financial services. Additionally, Mr. Cherepakhov served as CEO of ANC Group, Inc. here he advised hedge funds, broker dealers, and numerous publicly trading companies. Mr. Cherepakhov received a BS degree in business administration from Hofstra University.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Lupacchino is an accomplished executive with 30 years of experience in operations, strategy, finance and performance improvement. He has orchestrated numerous strategic alliances, acquisitions and new product launches within major industry groups in the U.S., Canada, and the Pacific Rim. Mr. Lupacchino has served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President Strategy, and C-level consultant to numerous Fortune 500 clients. He earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College and holds an M.B.A in Finance from Emory University.
Chief Commercial Officer
Mr. Gipe has worked in the automotive/fleet space for the past 30 years, during which time he served as Regional Vice President and General Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Vice President of Business Development/Enterprise Sales for Vericom Technologies/Integris and several senior leadership roles at leading electric vehicle manufacturing companies including Smith Electric Vehicles, Electric Vehicles International and Motiv Power Systems. Mr. Gipe has had responsibility for sales, marketing, business development and managing C-level relationships within some of the largest and most respected companies and brands in North America and globally.
Chief Development Officer
Ms. Cooper came to FPG to develop the company’s opportunity in the municipal clean vehicle market. She has more than 20 years of experience in finance, corporate development, marketing, sales, and communication with both early stage and growth companies. She has functioned as both an operations executive and a general partner in Venture and Private Equity funds. Ms. Cooper’s education includes a B.S. in Biochemistry from UC Davis and graduate work in Economics and Business at both UC Berkeley and Stanford.
VP of Technical Operations
John Bautista serves as the Vice President of Technical Operations for First Priority GreenFleet/Electric Vehicles International (FPGF/EVI). John has an extensive background in automotive, motorcycle, motorsports, marine, automotive aftermarket and environmental-technology industries, including serving as COO of STWA, Inc., Director of Mechanical Engineering at Zero Motorcycles, Inc. and Director of Technical Operations for KLD Energy Technologies. With 15 years of clean transportation and 30 years of engineering management expertise, Bautista is responsible for guiding the company through the development and launch of the company’s vehicle offerings. He has defined the new core competency focus and also plays a critical role in identifying and developing key strategic partners to broaden the markets FP GreenFleet can serve.
Director of Service & Applications Engineering
Guadalupe (Lupe) Arredondo Jr serves as the Director of Service and Applications Engineering for First Priority GreenFleet/Electric Vehicles International (FPGF/EVI). Lupe joined EVI in 2010 as an Applications Engineer supporting product development and prototype deployment of EVI’s first go to market product lines. In 2011 Lupe was tasked to develop and implement a comprehensive EV and alternative fuels vehicle service program to support post-delivery sales. This also included customer specific driver and technician training programs. Lupe has supported roles in the service and support industry for more than 20 years.
With a focus on customer satisfaction and with his extensive knowledge in the BEV and AFV market space Lupe has a proven track record for delivering quality service and support with the help of his key field service technicians and technical support team members.
